Hello Brother
I will answer your letter I got today and was glad to here from you I am well
and hope you are the same.
I like the army ok We went out Friday night and put up tents and stayed all
night I had a lots of fun.
Tomorrow we have to crowl under bob wire for a 100 yds with Machine guns
shooting 15 inches over our heads. All
kinds of things like that is lots of fun. We
are going to have a beer party Thursday night.
The Platoon had a bet the one had the lowest score would buy the other Platoon
Beer and soft drinks. The Platoons
is the Buildings you stay in.
The Platoon I am in had the highest score in the company. The scores that we Mad
when we was shooting the rifle. Who
was Pauline with when you saw her in town. I don’t give a dam about her no more. She wrote and told me that Lacy F took her picture twice up at the church
and I have haven’t wrote to her since But I think I will write to her and give
her hell.
Tell Jr. Garrison I said hello I am in the Infantry Branch the mans army. I mean it takes a man to stand it boys down here falls out like flys. I
like it fine. Well since news is
